JMC Restaurant Distribution, L.P., is an approved supplier for virtually all of the food, equipment, and supplies used in the restaurant. JMC is dedicated to providing THE BEST quality, service, and price to each restaurant. As the CiCi's system continues to grow, JMC uses these economies of scale to obtain lower bulk pricing and pass these savings along to the restaurants. JMC's single-minded focus on serving CiCi's allows the managers and franchisees to concentrate on serving their guests, without the worries that are often associated with the supply chain.

For a Buffet franchise, the estimated initial investment ranges from $458,550 to $727,700. Of the total store cost, 30% must be in cash in order to qualify for a loan for the balance. The Franchise Fee is $30,000.00 with a Royalty Fee of 4% and an advertising fee of 3% (Minimum: $2300). The term of agreement is 10 years and is renewable.

CiCi's does not provide financing directly. However they work with several lenders who provide loans for qualified candidates.

• Discovery Day/Meetings at CiCi's Corporate Office in Coppell, Texas. You will complete a financial approval process by providing us a personal financial statement, proof of the 30% equity injection and a copy of a recent credit report prior to your arrival.
