Weight Loss by Hypnosis: How to Melt Away the Pounds

Wouldn't it be great if you could find some way to melt away the pounds? What if there was some way to re-program your food and eating issues to something that resembles an actual normal person? For me, the secret formula was weight loss by hypnosis.

My adult weight has fluctuated from 200.5 - 262 lbs, with most of the time being spent in the upper range of that segment. I've always known how I was supposed to eat, I've always known that exercise was important, but I've failed miserably at putting the knowledge into action.

When I found weight loss by hypnosis, my life changed -- almost overnight. Here's a list of the immediate benefits I experienced within 1 week:

  • Lost 3 pounds
  • Stopped eating till all the food was gone (I used to think that it was bad to have leftovers)
  • Started ordering less at restaurants
  • Stopped late-night food runs
  • Thought an awful lot about exercise (I didn't say weight loss by hypnosis was perfect, I didn't begin exercising right away, but it was on my mind constantly)
  • Only ate 2 donuts

Really, if you think about it, it's surprising I only lost 3 pounds that first week -- with all those changes, you'd think I would have dropped about 20 pounds, but hey, at least I was heading in the right direction.

For me, weight loss by hypnosis really focused on changing habits. It made it so that I approached food differently -- more healthily.

Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that weight loss by hypnosis is magic and that you'll lose 30 dress sizes after a single session, but I am saying that it's started me and many other people on the right path.

For me, the victory was seeing the needle on the scale heading in the right direction consistently for that first week. The best part: it was nearly effortless. I didn't have any of the pain or anguish that you'd usually associate with dieting. In fact, I ate many of the same things I ate before, just in reasonable portions.

Maybe I need to get my hypnotherapist to create some recordings that convince me donuts and fried pies are poisonous and will make me infertile or something like that.
