Dieting sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't. Did you ever wonder why? My mother was told by her doctor she had to lose weight. She followed his dieting instructions to the letter and gained instead. Of course the doctor blamed her for the gain. But I wonder if the reason she couldn't lose fat had nothing to do with her diet. It should have worked, so what was the problem. Her time on this earth is long gone, so we will never know.
Now that I have learned a lot more about why people get fat, I believe I could have helped her lose it and be healthier. There are two basic reasons you might do your best to lose weight only to gain instead. One is that your hypothalamus gland may be out of balance which will require you finding a way to balance it. The other reason is that you may have many toxins and parasites preventing you from losing weight.
If you are to lose your weight and keep it off, you must rid your body of both toxins and parasites. Toxins and parasites are everywhere around us. They are in the air we breath and in uncooked or not fully cooked foods. They are so prolific I can guarantee you have them. You would be surprised at the number of toxins you take into your body daily and how many of them get lodged in your system. Toxins and parasites add to your weight problem and to your lack of health.
But adding their weight is not all they do. They also cause you to crave fattening foods such as sodas, candy, carbohydrates, chips and confections. You know those foods add fat to your body, but you just can't seem to leave them alone.
We often think that in order to be healthy we must lose weight. But did you ever consider that you may have to seek better health before you can lose weight. That appears to be the case in many situations. To really lose pounds and keep them off, the problem causing them must be removed.
