This option is likely to suit you if your requirements are simple and a generic document which just covers the legal basics meets your requirements. However, if your area of business is unusual or unique, or if you need a document which will cover a particularly complex transaction then you are likely to require a bespoke solution. Many of the companies which offer free legal documents for download also take cases from clients who are willing to pay for the peace of mind which comes from knowing that their legal documents have been prepared and checked for quality by a legal professional.
No matter how unusual your requirements are, it is likely that a firm which specialises in legal document drafting will have received a similar request in the past and will have experience and expertise which is directly relevant to your case. Because of this, they can often work quicker than a solicitor and can quote you a lower price as they are already familiar with the area of law involved and do not need to undertake extensive research in order to work out how to do the job.
