EASY Weight Loss - Simplicity Is The Key My Dear Watson

I always thought that losing weight was all about doing complex things, and counting calories, and performing exercises which had so many details I didn't even know WHERE TO BEGIN. Now when I think about it, I realize why I always end up quitting before I could even get started. Each time I fail, it took me long enough just to get up back and start pushing again, only to fall off the wagon faster this time. If you've shared the same experience, then it may be because we're both alike. We had one understanding: WEIGHT LOSS = HARD!

Meal Planning Ain't No Rocket Science!

People always have the tendency to think that diets are so hard to follow, and the meal preparations is just something they won't looking forward to. I understand how this can feel like, especially when you're just starting out. Every food items or ingredients seem so new to us. That's the reason why you have to start out simple. Heck, I'm not a fantastic cook myself. But gradually I've learned to become a fairly good one. There are tons of diet meal plans out there that are SO EASY TO FOLLOW. Hey, a spinach omelet is considered a pretty good meal!

Workouts Were Meant To Be Exciting

Now, when it comes to working out, I always tell my clients to keep one thing in mind: KISS - Keep It Sweet & Simple! It is not necessary to accomplish 3 sets of work out, followed by a burn out set or super sets. When it comes to losing weight, all you got to do is to push yourself. You don't have to go very far, just a little bit above your comfort zone. You can continue doing the same exercises you want, as long as you keep challenging yourself by doing longer or heavier, whichever you like.

Do You Have Your Weight Loss Goals Set Up?

Some of y'all might already set this up in the beginning of the journey. But when was the last time you review this goal? Have you broken it already (you should)? Or is it yet to be broken, seeing how far fetch you set yourself up, making it almost inevitable to FAIL? Get a weight loss target and set up to achieve it 4 weeks from now. Break that goal of yours into 4 tiny bits and pieces and make sure you achieve it in one weeks' time. This ensures that you're not looking at the entire picture which makes anybody feel overwhelm.
